Such a cozy and charming boutique hotel! The service is very friendly, and the staff is always there to help. The spacious shower in the big queen size bed room is just perfect. The location is also great. It's only a short walk to the main plaza, and there is a nice parking lot available. Plus, the restaurant serves tasty meals.

It can be a little difficult to get to the hotel by car, especially with all the pedestrian streets around. The room can get a bit hot, despite the air conditioning system being a little odd.

The hotel had beautiful, well-decorated interiors and spacious rooms with friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to find. The underground parking was a plus, and the staff were always willing to help with any questions we had about the area.

The lack of a lounge or seating area was disappointing, and the bathroom floor could have used a better clean. However, everything else was beautifully clean and well maintained.
